Clarity Sessions

A one-on-one conversation where we look together at what’s going on, what matters and what the next step is to help you move forward with more peace and clarity.

The different types of sessions:

1. First Contact, intake (20 min ~ free of charge)

A short conversation to explore what you need at this moment. This is a space to connect and share what is on your mind, without pressure or expectation.
Together, we begin creating clarity around where you are, what feels stuck and what you may need moving forward. I explain how coaching works and how it differs from therapy or counselling. Coaching is not about fixing or diagnosing. It is about creating awareness, seeing differently and moving forward with more clarity and confidence.

Through this conversation, we both get a sense of whether this feels like the right place to continue your journey.

2. Clarity in the Moment (60 minutes)

A 60-minute session to explore an obstacle, question or situation that currently needs deeper attention.
Together, we create clarity around what feels unclear, stuck or difficult to move through. We explore what lies beneath the surface and what may need to shift so you can move forward with greater confidence and direction.

This session allows space to go deeper, while remaining flexible for whatever the moment brings.

3. Clarity Over Time ( ~3 months | 10 sessions)

These sessions offer a deeper approach for exploring more complex situations, patterns or questions that need time and space to unfold.
Together, we create clarity around what emerges beneath the surface, allowing challenges, obstacles and new perspectives to become visible over time.

You can use these sessions to reflect, explore ideas, think things through, navigate change or simply create space for whatever feels important in the moment — helping you move forward with more confidence and direction.

These sessions are typically spread over 3 months, allowing enough time for reflection, integration, and meaningful change to unfold.

4. Ongoing Clarity (6 months | 12 sessions)

For those who want clarity to become more than a moment, but a consistent way of navigating life, work, relationships and change.

Over time, patterns become visible, perspectives shift, and new ways of approaching situations begin to emerge. These sessions provide a consistent space to reflect, explore, integrate insights and create meaningful change at a pace that feels sustainable.

Sessions are typically spread over 6 months, offering continuity, flexibility and enough time for lasting growth to unfold.
