Frequently Asked Questions
-
I help people, teams, and organisations gain clarity on what is happening beneath the surface — in themselves, their relationships, or the systems they work within — so they can move forward with greater confidence and direction.
-
I work with individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations navigating change, complexity, uncertainty, growth, or simply wanting to think differently and move forward with more clarity.
-
My work is shaped by over 25 years across complex environments, different countries, cultures, and industries — combined with a deep curiosity for human behaviour and what helps people thrive.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Only what works for you.
-
No. My work focuses on helping people gain clarity, explore patterns, and move forward with greater confidence and direction. Therapeutic care belongs with appropriately qualified specialists. When mental health or healthcare support is needed, a psychologist, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider is the right place to turn.

You steer the topic. We follow your agenda and therefore every conversation is different because every person and situation is different.
Sometimes we explore patterns, beliefs, or challenges. Sometimes we untangle complexity. Sometimes we prepare for an important conversation, transition, presentation, or decision.
The aim is always greater clarity and practical movement forward.
-
That’s often exactly where we begin.
Clarity rarely arrives before the conversation; it tends to emerge through it.. The initial call of 20min is free of charge where we can explore if we can work together.
-
Sometimes, yes.
A single conversation can create an important shift or offer enough clarity to move forward. Other situations benefit from more time and exploration.
There is no fixed formula.
-
It depends entirely on the person, situation, and desired outcome.
Some people seek clarity around one topic. Others prefer ongoing reflection and support over time.
-
Topics often include:
career transitions
confidence and self-belief
leadership challenges
communication
navigating change
decision-making
purpose and direction
team dynamics
psychological safety
visibility and speaking up
complexity and overwhelm
And sometimes, people simply come because something feels off and they cannot yet name it.
-
Absolutely. I support people in preparing for keynotes, congress presentations, team introductions, difficult conversations, panels, and moments where what you say — and how you say it — matters.
-
I offer talks, workshops, and facilitated conversations around topics such as clarity, leadership, psychological safety, communication, inclusion, trust, and making complexity work for people and progress.
-
The Clarity Club is a space for small-group conversations where ideas move beyond theory and become tangible in life and work.
A place to reflect, explore, challenge perspectives, and think differently — together.
-
Clarity Labs are interactive workshops designed for teams and organisations wanting to strengthen trust, psychological safety, communication, collaboration, and the way people work together.
Not because something is broken — but because growth remains possible.
-
No. Many strong teams invest in reflection, understanding, and growth before problems emerge. Which is highly recommended.
-
Sessions, workshops, and conversations can take place in English, Dutch, French, German. I also speak Swiss German.
-
Yes, I do. Having lived and worked across countries and cultures for many years, international environments and diverse perspectives feel familiar.
-
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem or objective.
If something feels unclear, heavy, stuck, or ready to shift — that may already be enough. The intake conversation will clarify a lot already.
