Clarity sessions

A one-on-one conversation where we look together at what’s going on, what matters and what the next step is to help you move forward with more peace and clarity.

The different types of sessions:

1. First Contact, intake (20 min)

A short conversation where we try to gain clarity about what you need at this moment. It is about creating connection and sharing what is on your mind. In this way, we explore what feels right for you to work towards a solution.

Through this conversation, we both get a sense of whether this is the right place to continue your journey.

2. Clarity in the Moment (60 minutes)

A 60-minute session to clear out an obstacle that currently requires deeper attention. It is a moment where we create clarity together, with the space that is needed.

This session gives us enough time to explore things deeper and gives us room for flexibility if the moment asks for it.

3. Clarity Over Time (10 sessions)

These sessions can be used as a deeper approach to gain insight into more complex situations. In this way, challenges and obstacles can unfold over time, allowing us to make them visible and work through them together.

You can use these sessions whenever needed: to reflect together, explore ideas, think things through or simply for whatever you need at this moment to help you move forward.

4. Ongoing Clarity (6 months)

These sessions are for those who want clarity (around their obstacles) to become a consistent part of their daily lives. We give the current situation the space it needs to create lasting change while exploring and integrating new insights.

These are weekly sessions (usually twice a week) where we reflect together, explore the situation and move forward with the necessary depth and consistency.
